About the Role:
Our client is looking for someone to join their leadership team as the Head of Sales and Marketing where you'll play a crucial role in driving their strategic growth. This newly created position is perfect for someone with a hands-on approach, capable of navigating the fast-paced environment of a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) while understanding the corporate nature of their clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Plan and direct sales and marketing efforts for the company, developing and implementing strategies to drive profit growth and market expansion.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and build a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and transparency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Leadership Team to align sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Identify new market opportunities, establish a strong presence in target segments, and analyse advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets and resources, influence pricing strategies, and contribute to brand awareness.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales acumen and relationship-building capabilities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- Organised and methodical with a good process/people balance
- Proactive, change-oriented, and innovative
- Excellent time management and a "can-do" attitude
Skills Required:
- Forward-thinking with adaptability to a rapidly evolving industry
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Dynamics 365)
- Willingness for ongoing professional development
Package:
- Basic salary: 60,000 to 70,000 pa (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped Commission (OTE 120,000)
