We are recruiting for a Technical Operations Lead with knowledge of risk assessment and method statements (RAMS) and a NEBOSH qualification to join a Utilities company where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical and logistical aspect of rescue services. You’ll manage operational procedures and support customer needs.
As a Technical Operations Lead your role will include:
- Developing performance reports, delivery methods, risk assessments, rescue plans and guidelines
- Overseeing safety operations at customer sites ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
- Provide technical and operational support for equipment and logistics
- Conduct on-site audits
- Supporting the commercial team on purchasing, bidding and tender proposals
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- A qualification or equivalent in management of confined spaces
- NEBOSH or equivalent
- A knowledge of risk assessment and method statements (RAMS)

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm on an annual salary of up to £40,000. This role is based at their site in Arundel but will have to commute to customer sites occasionally.
