We are recruiting for a Technical Operations Lead with knowledge of risk assessment and method statements (RAMS) and a NEBOSH qualification to join a Utilities company where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical and logistical aspect of rescue services. You’ll manage operational procedures and support customer needs.

As a Technical Operations Lead your role will include:

  • Developing performance reports, delivery methods, risk assessments, rescue plans and guidelines
  • Overseeing safety operations at customer sites ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
  • Provide technical and operational support for equipment and logistics
  • Conduct on-site audits
  • Supporting the commercial team on purchasing, bidding and tender proposals

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • A qualification or equivalent in management of confined spaces
  • NEBOSH or equivalent
  • A knowledge of risk assessment and method statements (RAMS)

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm on an annual salary of up to £40,000. This role is based at their site in Arundel but will have to commute to customer sites occasionally.
