The Residential Surveyor role

The Residential Surveyor will apply their expertise in the property market to produce high-quality reports, including residential valuations, homebuyers' reports, and more. The firm will provide full support in managing workloads, allowing the Surveyor to focus on delivering top-tier service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct volume surveys, including prestigious properties in Surrey
  • Survey and report on listed residential buildings
  • Build and maintain relationships with private clients, gaining their trust and ensuring satisfaction
  • Liaise with the practice manager to ensure seamless operations
  • Travel to client locations to provide expert on-site services

The Residential Surveyor

  • MRICS or FRICS preferred (AssocRICS considered based on experience)
  • Experience in residential property valuation and surveying in the South
  • Full driving license required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to be flexible and responsive to client needs
  • Ideally located in or around Chichester, Portsmouth, West Sussex, or Hampshire
