The Residential Surveyor role
The Residential Surveyor will apply their expertise in the property market to produce high-quality reports, including residential valuations, homebuyers' reports, and more. The firm will provide full support in managing workloads, allowing the Surveyor to focus on delivering top-tier service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct volume surveys, including prestigious properties in Surrey
- Survey and report on listed residential buildings
- Build and maintain relationships with private clients, gaining their trust and ensuring satisfaction
- Liaise with the practice manager to ensure seamless operations
- Travel to client locations to provide expert on-site services
The Residential Surveyor
- MRICS or FRICS preferred (AssocRICS considered based on experience)
- Experience in residential property valuation and surveying in the South
- Full driving license required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to client needs
- Ideally located in or around Chichester, Portsmouth, West Sussex, or Hampshire
