- Oversee all conference & banqueting events
- Deliver fantastic service to the guests
- Maintaining high standards at all times
- Managing, training and recruiting the team
- Overseeing the rota
- Work closely with all departments
The successful candidate
- Will have previous C&B management experience in hotels or events
- A high level of customer service
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
- Well organised with strong communication skills
