We are seeking a proactive and organised office administrator to ensure the smooth operations of the Ascot office. Responsibilities will be varied including basic marketing and HR tasks. This is a part time position with set shifts Monday - Thursday.

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Ascot

Hours: 16 hours per week

Rota: Monday - Thursday, 3 early shifts and 1 late shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and management of front of house.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organised workspace.
  • Assist in the development and execution of company advertising.
  • Help manage social media accounts and update content regularly.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and newsletters.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding new staff.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and visitors supporting them appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms (desirable).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
