SALES PROGRESSOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Ascot, SL5

Salary: £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A highly successful, forward thinking Independent Estate Agents is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Progressor to join their team.

You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale. You will ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisor and other agents. You will need to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable, careful and thorough, have a good knowledge of the residential sales process and be capable of dealing proactively with a busy property pipeline
