Job Title: Accounts Receivable
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: Ascot
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing of account payments and ensuring accurate invoices are produced and sent
- Dealing with queries and adjustments
- Reconciling credit card transactions relating to payments and refunds
- Administration of payment deposits and refunds
- Maintain records and correspondence
- Ensuring payments are paid within deadlines
- Ensure balances are kept up to date and payments received reflected
- Setting up payments on account
- Providing reconciliations of payments and deductions
- Preparing reports for meetings and audits
