A leading sporting and experiential business is looking for a Membership Manager to join a crucial part of their commercial function.

This is a maternity cover role that will be based from location at Ascot and will likely start in October, and a run for a period of up to 12 months.

The role will lead a small team and constantly manage a further varying team of temporaries and seasonal.

Its purpose is to maintain, develop and preserve a prestigious service area and membership base for the businesses group of customers here that are members.

Duties will include managing a budget, managing workforce planning and temporary staff sourcing requirements, maintain and delivering exceptional customer service (personally and through the team), managing events, organising membership, tickets and bookings and providing regular reports to senior management.

To apply to this role you should have experience from members, hospitality, leisure, sports of experience based businesses in roles that have managed teams and taken overall responsibility for service levels and experience. You should be able to commit to a fixed term contract that will start in Late September / October. You should have experience dealing with customers that are high value, high spend and of significant importance to the businesses you have worked within. You should have strong communication skills, developed leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with important customers and senior internal stakeholders.
