We are seeking talented and passionate chefs to join our kitchen team at Chef de Partie to Sous Chef levels. As a member of the team, you will:

- Work closely with Head Chef and kitchen team to execute our innovative and complex menu.

- Take responsibility for your section, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

- Assist in the development of new dishes and menus, bringing your creativity and ideas to the table.

- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene in accordance with rigorous standards.

- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the exceptional standard expected.
- Manage and train junior staff, ensuring their development aligns with kitchen's high standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to innovate and refine our culinary offerings.
- Oversee and manage kitchen sections, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, and dishes are prepared efficiently.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef, or Sous Chef in a fine dining environment.
- Passion for culinary excellence and a strong desire to work at the cutting edge of modern cuisine.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding dishes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and focus.
