Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in your designated section.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Manage and organize your section effectively, ensuring a smooth service during busy periods.
- Contribute to menu development and the creation of new dishes.
- Uphold the restaurants reputation for culinary excellence and creativity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Experience in a fine dining environment, preferably at a Michelin-starred level.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for innovative, high-quality food.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-profile kitchen.
- A team player with good communication and leadership skills.

The Package
- A salary of £30,400 per annum plus £7,500 tronc.
