About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Pastry Chef de Partie to join a renowned luxury venue with a reputation for exceptional dining. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled pastry chef who is passionate about creating exquisite desserts and pastries and wants to further develop their craft in a high-end, dynamic kitchen environment.

In this role, you will work closely with a team of talented chefs, producing high-quality pastries and desserts that delight our guests. As a key member of the pastry team, youll have the opportunity to refine your skills while contributing to an outstanding culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and visual appeal.
  • Support the smooth running of the pastry section, working under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef and alongside a team of skilled pastry chefs.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
  • Manage stock levels for the pastry section, assist with ordering, and ensure that all ingredients are of the finest quality.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and organised kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to the development of new pastry and dessert creations, drawing inspiration from current trends and seasonal ingredients.
  • Mentor and support junior pastry chefs, helping them develop their skills and techniques.

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar pastry-focused role, preferably within a fine dining or high-end pastry environment.
  • Strong technical pastry skills, with a passion for creating beautifully presented desserts and baked goods.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong ability to work well in a team.
