The Advocate Group is proud to represent a leading wine distributor in their search for a Brand Manager to join their Brand Management team.

The Role:

We are looking for a candidate that can make their mark and drive brand growth and recognition. Here’s how:

  • Act as the Brand Champion for a portfolio of South American wine brands in the UK market.
  • Develop and execute annual plans and budgets for the assigned brand portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve brand goals.
  • Oversee product management, including NPD, lifecycle management, and channel strategy.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships to align brand and company objectives.
  • Support consumer and trade marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate trade events and manage supplier visits to maximise brand exposure.

About You:

  • Strong commercial knowledge of the UK wine market, with relevant experience in brand management.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experienced in managing external agencies and events.
  • A committed team player with strong communication skills and a focus on excellence.
