SummaryThe Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads by reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs, and introducing them to companies range of services. You will play a key role in expanding the client base and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to companies to introduce the company’s services, identify decision-makers, and assess potential interest.
- Lead Generation: Develop new business leads by cold calling, following up on marketing-generated leads, and researching potential clients.
- Needs Assessment: Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their business needs and pain points, matching them with relevant services.
- Service Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, maintaining a professional and positive demeanour to foster trust.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads and progress in CRM or other tools, maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Target Achievement: Meet/exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay client feedback to management and sales team to optimize offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless transition of leads and client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales-driven role. B2B sales experience is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects, listen effectively, and respond persuasively.
- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales techniques and ability to handle objections professionally.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to work toward and achieve targets, with a proactive approach to generating leads.
- Organizational Skills: Effective time management and ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-Focused: Strong customer service mindset, with a genuine interest in helping clients meet their needs.
