About the role

Sytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our motivated sales team at Rolls-Royce Sunningdale. As a Rolls-Royce Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability in the new and used vehicle department, with the ability to provide an outstanding customer experience. You will manage the performance of the sales executives, creating an organised structure, including sales meetings, setting and reviewing targets whilst completing regular reviews and providing mentoring and support to the team. This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. 

About you

This role would suit a Sales Manager/Sales Controller with retail sales experience gained from within the motor industry, who has well-developed leadership skills to get the very best out of the team together with a deep understanding of all areas of the department. Alternatively the role would suit somebody looking to take the next step in their managerial career and the chance to become involved in new cars as well as used. 

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate proven success in management and that you are able to handle conflicting demands. You will need exceptionally high standards, the ability to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo.
