We are looking for a bright, enthuastic individual, no previous experience is necessary however a desire to grow and develop your career is key.

In this role, your customers will be large retailers such as the major supermarkets, and you will answer customer queries via email and telephone.

The role is based in the newly furbished office in Ascot, Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, with an early finish on Fridays. Benefits include company bonus, private healthcare, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, regular company social events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers over telephone and email
  • Administration - placing and distributing orders
  • Advising on stock levels and deliveries
  • Raising invoices

Key Requirements

  • Educated to A-level minimum level
  • Comfortable speaking over the telephone
  • Good IT skills including MS office
  • Keen to learn and develop career
