We are currently seeking a Conveyancer (Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor) to work for a leading firm in Ascot.

Our client is a leading Legal 500 firm in the region. It is regarded as a leader in its field (Tier 1 Legal 500) for property and other practice areas.

Your role as Conveyancer will involve a busy caseload as part of a well-staffed, structured team with plenty of support from a team of 7 assistants. You may be required to work out of the office on occasion at clients’ development sites.

At a strategic level, this post will support the residential property partners in their ambitions to grow the business and provide clients with a complete end-to-end service. Typical matters will include residential freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity transactions.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A technically sound knowledge of residential property law
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • To be comfortable processing standard sale/purchase conveyancing instructions with a minimum level of supervision
  • To be able to demonstrate a passion for your chosen practice area and support junior members of the team
