Credit ControllerAscotUp to £28K per annum

An exciting maternity contract has become available for one of our clients based in their Ascot office. There is an opportunity for this position to become permanent. Working closely with the Head of Finance you will be supporting with the credit control functions. You will:

  • Proactively chase outstanding invoices by email and telephone
  • Manage the payment processing
  • Create and maintain detailed records of collection activities and all communication
  • Investigate and resolve internal and external debt enquiries
  • Create and distribute monthly debtor reports and aged debt records
  • Initiate legal proceedings if the pre-legal collection process is unsuccessful

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 2-3 years’ experience of working within a credit control position
  • Have strong working knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong customer management skills
  • Have a proactive and resilient attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
