Role Overview
As part of the Guest Relations team, you will act as an ambassador for our client, helping guests with any inquiries, requests, or feedback they may have. Passionate about delivering a premium guest experience, the Guest Relations team is positioned at key points throughout the event, ensuring guests receive support with anything they need, enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide world-class service to guests, ensuring any questions or issues are addressed in the moment with a touch of festive magic.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and with integrity, coordinating with the Event Manager and Head Office when necessary, ensuring all feedback is followed up appropriately.
  • Manage the Post Office activity within a themed village area.
  • Use the onsite system to assist guests with various queries and requests.

Working environment and requirements include:

  • Work both indoors and outdoors, with extended periods of standing and walking across all areas of the event.
  • This is a guest-facing role, requiring high levels of consistent interaction.
  • Use of technical equipment, including touchscreen tablets.
  • Some tasks may involve moderate physical activity such as lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
