We are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants who are ready for a new challenge starting in January 2025. Day-to-day of the role:- Support classroom teachers in delivering educational material and engaging activities.
- Assist in preparing lesson materials, equipment, and classrooms for class activities.
- Provide individual support to students requiring additional assistance with their work.
- Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Participate in school meetings and events.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to enhance the educational environment for all students.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within secondary education.
- Strong understanding of classroom duties and student interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive approach and a commitment to student development.
- NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
