Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team in Ascot. In this crucial role, you will provide essential support to operations, ensuring the team functions efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist managers by addressing inquiries and providing timely responses
- Oversee the returns process, including deposit payments, refunds, and outstanding balances
- Track and communicate with regular clients, ensuring proper acknowledgment
- Administer incentive programs, including processing orders and coordinating gift deliveries
- Contribute to event coordination, budget management, and the creation of purchase orders
- Liaise with other departments to keep the team informed of relevant updates
- Facilitate the monthly audit process
- Support the delivery of machines to various branches
- Ensure distribution of printed materials and marketing incentives to branches as needed
Qualifications:
- Administrative Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills with training and communication capabilities
- Basic knowledge of sales and financial administration preferred
Details:
- Title: Administrator
- Salary: 28,500 (pro-rated)
- Contract: 9 months maternity cover
- Location: Ascot Office (Hybrid working available after an initial 1-2 month onboarding)
