Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team in Ascot.
In this crucial role, you will provide essential support, ensuring the team functions efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team by addressing queries promptly within set response times
- Communicate updates to the Sales Team to ensure transparency throughout the business
- Provide support for events, including budget management and raising POs
- Ensure the Sales Team has the necessary equipment and documents, and assist with the delivery of these materials
- Manage incentive-related tasks, including processing marketing orders and distributing marketing materials between departments
- Coordinate and manage product returns efficiently
- Handle payments, including deposits, refunds, and balances
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive nature

- Title: Sales Support Administrator
- Salary: 28,500 FTE
- Location: Ascot
- Contract: 9m FTC (MAT cover)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
