Sales Progressor – Conveyancing - £26k basic + £1,200 bonus – Ascot - Driving Licence/Car Essential

This role supports customers through their house-buying experience. We are looking for someone who is proactive and can empathise with their clients. You will be assisting in the progress of their transaction, getting the answers they need and pushing for updates. This business prides itself on its first-class customer experience, helping to guide clients through the process and ensuring their journey is as stress-free as possible.

This role would suit someone who has previously worked in the property/conveyancing industry, including Estate Agents, Sales Negotiators, Case Handlers, etc.

The Role:
- Providing updates on client files
- Chasing solicitors for updates to pass on to clients
- Handling client enquiries
- Complaint handling
- Data management of client files
Who Are We Looking For?
- Knowledge/experience of the property and conveyancing industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and professionals
- Email writing skills, including grammar and structure
- Positive, proactive attitude
