This role will focus on the Surrey and Berkshire prime & super prime country house market. This will predominantly involve the handling of country house sales over £2,500,000 (or 100 acres) across the South Eastern Home Counties.The ideal Candidate would be coming from a similar role with a Tier 1 Agency, with a network across the Residential & Rural communities and a 10 year track record in transacting across the Country House market, individuals who are currently in a 'Farms & Estates' background will also be considered.This role has an element of flexible working, across a broad location and there is only a minimal need to be in a London office.Package:- £50,000-£60,000 basic- £6,000-£7,500 car allowance- Can structure the package around monthly commission + bonus- £100k+ OTE- Private Medical, expanded pension contributionsLI-#LR1
