Night Shift ConciergeAnnual Salary: £26,000Location: AscotJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a Night Shift Concierge to provide exceptional customer service and security support. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel industry and be adept at using Microsoft Office tools. This role involves a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with each shift lasting 12 hours through the night.Day to day of the role:

  • Answering resident calls and emails, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Conducting regular patrols of the estate to ensure everything is in good working order.
  • Responsible for the accurate submission of site visit reports and maintaining documentation.
  • Ensuring the Daily Report is maintained correctly, incidents are properly addressed, and relevant reports are completed and actioned.
  • Supporting the Security Officers and Customer Service team in the day-to-day operations.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to Health and Safety protocols, Fire Procedures, and Risk Assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, security, or the hotel industry.
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
