Are you a fantastic Project Operative who has a great attention detail? Do you have a multi trade background and enjoy working in a varied environment? If so, this Project Operative role could be perfect for you.

Our prestigious client is looking for Projects Operative to join their growing Estates team. The position works within the Project Team supporting the refurbishment of the estate along with the construction of new areas. This is varied role and will require you to work independently as well as part of a team. The nature of this Projects Operative role will require amazing attention to detail across each project and high standards of delivery & execution. The hours are working 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break. There will also be a requirement to work specific weekends over the year. The salary for this fantastic role is circa £28,000 depending on experience and also additional ad hoc overtime is available along with a discretionary bonus.

Main responsibilities:

  • To support the Projects Team Leader with all ongoing and new projects.
  • To work with the Projects team with tasks including carpentry, painting and decorating, signage, tiling and furniture repairs and maintenance.
  • Such other duties as the Company may, at times, reasonably require.

Skills required:

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Qualified or time served in fabric trade or multi trade background.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude and a strong team player but also the ability to work independently when required.
  • Ideally hold a current, valid driving license.
