Sales Progressor – Conveyancing – up to £32,000 + bonus – Ascot - Driving Licence/Car Essential

In this role, you will support customers throughout their house-buying journey. We’re looking for someone proactive, unafraid to pick up the phone, and able to empathise with clients. You'll assist in progressing transactions, obtaining the answers they need, and pushing for updates.

This is a fast-paced role managing a large portfolio of clients, where multitasking and organisational skills are key to success.

This role would suit someone with experience in the property or conveyancing industry, such as Estate Agents, Sales Negotiators, Sales Progressors, Post-Sales Specialists, Case Handlers, etc.

  • Providing updates on client files
  • Chasing solicitors for updates and passing them on to clients
  • Handling client enquiries
  • Complaint handling
  • Managing data for client files

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Knowledge or experience in the property and conveyancing industry
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and professionals
  • Excellent email writing skills, including grammar and structure
  • Positive, proactive attitude
