Job Type: Full-Time -Monday to Friday,every other Saturday required(with a weekday off on weeks when Saturday is worked).

Overview

Due to exciting growth and advancements, Our client is seeking aDesign Co-Ordinator/ CAD Technicianto join their team inAscot. This role provides design and administrative support to the showroom, working closely withDesign Consultants, Project Managers, and Operational teamsto ensure projects are completed seamlessly frominitial enquiry to final completion.

Our client is afamily-run businesswith multiple locations, proudly designingluxury kitchens, bathrooms, and home interiors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the showroom team withdesign and administration tasks.
  • Createdesign drawings, layouts, and mood boards.
  • Assist withspace planningand developing design concepts.
  • Prepareclient presentationsand maintain project documentation.
  • Organise and managedesign files and job packsfor each project.
  • Providecustomer serviceand project updates throughout the design process.
  • Assist inshowroom eventsand maintain showroom presentation standards.
  • Communicate withclients, suppliers, and contractorsprofessionally.
  • Processsales orders, client payments, and aftersales requirements.
  • Attendproduct trainingand stay updated on industry trends.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, Articad, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity withAdobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Strongcommunication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability toproblem-solveand manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Basic understanding ofkitchen M&E requirements(training provided).
  • Exceptionaltime management and organisationskills.
