We are recruiting for a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Human Resources (Recruitment) Administrator to join a dynamic and rewarding charitable organisation.

This role is crucial to supporting the HR team in delivering a high-quality, efficient recruitment service for both the Charity and associated schools.

This is a 52-week, 35-hour per week position, with a hybrid working pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and preparing job and person specifications.
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and updating adverts on Charity websites.
  • Sourcing candidates and preparing interview packs.
  • Receiving, acknowledging, and logging applications.
  • Maintaining CIPHR HR records and inputting new starter data.
  • Completing the onboarding process, including reference checks and safeguarding paperwork.
  • Covering reception duties as needed.
  • Handling internal and external queries.
  • Coordinating HR meetings and taking minutes.
  • Adhering to and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with training and development administration.

Beyond recruitment, this role offers exposure to broader HR administration. You will maintain personnel files and computerised records, assist with the Single Central Register of Staff (SCR), provide information to Payroll, issue new staff contracts via Docusign, and be prepared to travel to other Charity locations as needed. Your work will involve using our HR information system (CIPHR).

This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 Years HR and Recruitment experience who is eager to develop their skills, particularly in recruitment, within a supportive and values-driven organisation. CIPD study support is available to support continual development.

The salary range for this role is £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.
