An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Fabric Manager to take the lead in maintaining and enhancing the building fabric of a prestigious venue based in Ascot, Berkshire. This role involves overseeing an in-house team, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations, and driving continuous improvements in facilities management.

Key Responsibilities for the Facilities Fabric Manager role based in Ascot, Berkshire:

  • Manage the building fabric, ensuring all maintenance meets legal and safety standards.
  • Lead, support, and develop the in-house Facilities Fabric team.
