This role involves overseeing an in-house team, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations, and driving continuous improvements in facilities management.
Key Responsibilities for the Facilities Fabric Manager role based in Ascot, Berkshire:
- Manage the building fabric, ensuring all maintenance meets legal and safety standards.
- Lead, support, and develop the in-house Facilities Fabric team.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including asset lifecycle planning.
- Oversee signage, stock control, and procurement of non-contracted consumables.
