We are seeking a Maintenance Operative Team Leader to join our in-house Estates team. The post would suit someone who comes from a trade background and has experience supervising a team. The successful candidate will provide leadership, taking responsibility for the maintenance teams day to day workload. Working alongside the Estates Manager, they will champion H&S legislation and compliance within the Maintenance Team ensuring training, risk assessments and planned preventative maintenance tasks are kept up to date. The role will also entail proactively managing your own workload in completing general maintenance reactive works as well as helping out the wider team.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30 16.00, 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Uniform, tools, and lunch are provided. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
