To apply to the role, you should have experience in administrative roles that have required you to manage a varied workload and use a variety of systems - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases should be clearly evidenced in your cv. Ideally you will have some Membership support based experience, and from a perfect world that could come from prestigious venues, events or organisations.

You should have supported teams that deliver sales and experiences to customers - this could be sales teams, account management teams, membership teams etc. You should have high levels of attention to detail and be highly PC literate, coupled with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
