Mortgage and Protection Adviser – SunningdaleBasic Salary up to £40,000 DOE OTE of £65,000+ year 1, £80k+ year 2You will be working with one of the most successful estate agents and property services providers in the UK, who represent HNW and UHNW individuals looking to buy and sell high-value properties.You will be assisting clients regarding their property-based finance needs with the ability to assist with unusual circumstances and complex incomes structures; as well as having the ability to provide solutions to bridging, commercial and equity release.What is on offer?

 Keyresponsibilities for this Mortgage and Protection Adviser role
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the estate agency team; providing support and help where required
  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, with the ability to assist those with complex income structure or unusual circumstance.
  • Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
  • Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience
  • Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and trends
  • Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintain the highest ethical standards at all times
 Skills and experience for this Mortgage and Protection Adviser role
  • You must be FULLY CeMAP qualified or equivalent
  • 24 months’ experience minimum, preferably within the Estate Agency Sector and/or Specialist lending environment
  • Good track record of achieving and exceeding cross sales; ensuring clients are adequately protected
  • Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Ability to put the customer first at all times
  • Full UK licence preferred but not essential
