My client is a forward-thinking company specialising in sustainable makeup brands, offering a diverse range of high-quality beauty products, tools, and skincare.

As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our operations, providing essential support to the senior team and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Your role will include:

  • Delivering excellent administrative support to senior management
  • Keeping our business operations running smoothly by updating departments on key activities
  • Optimising communication between teams to enhance collaboration
  • Maintaining organised filing systems and managing important paper documents
  • Handling phone calls and mail correspondence with professionalism
  • Overseeing office logistics to ensure a productive work environment

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software
