Part Time Office Manager

Role: This is a permanent part-time role.
The role is part-based in the office and home working. Evening working is a requirement in order to attend monthly Trustee Board meetings, the charity Annual General Meeting, and Trustee Board strategy meetings.
Pattern of Work: Up to 10 hours per week e.g. 2 hours per day, 52 weeks per year.

This is an interesting, challenging, and flexible role with a varying workload, and provides an opportunity to lead and support the team responsible for looking after and developing a valuable community asset.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Strong background in general administration and/or management
Good understanding of the requirements for reporting at Board level
Good range of current IT skills - e.g. Microsoft 365
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently

Must be prepared to develop a good understanding of how charities operate using all the resources available on the Charity Commission website.
