About the RoleIf you’re looking for a role where no two days are the same, this is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and make a real difference. You’ll be supporting clients by running their payrolls accurately and on time, helping with queries, and ensuring everything stays on track.

What You’ll Be Doing:•    Running weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and one-off payrolls for different clients.•    Keeping everything up to date—from salaries and bonuses to deductions and pensions.•    Answering client questions and sorting out any issues in a helpful, timely way.•    Submitting reports to HMRC to keep things compliant.•    Managing pensions and auto-enrolment so nothing falls through the cracks.•    Calculating holiday pay, overtime, and any other adjustments.•    Supporting the team with year-end tasks like P60s and P11Ds.•    Staying on top of payroll legislation and helping clients stay compliant.

About YouYou’ve got experience in a payroll bureau environment—and a solid understanding of UK payroll legislation. You’re comfortable using software like Sage and have great attention to detail. You’re organised, proactive, and a great communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients.
