We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity at one of our Estate Agency clients based in Ascot. They are a multi-award-winning modern, independent Estate Agent. They pride themselves on the wealth of experience and knowledge they have in the home counties and London area, with a background in large multi-office, and independent agency. They understand what it takes to be a good estate agency, with providing quality customer service with excellent results. This is an exciting time to be joining the team as they recently had a restructure, as the department is growing and driving business forward. The ideal candidate must possess at least 1 year's experience, with ambition and drive to be successful and someone who is looking for long term progression opportunities. Salary package and benefits of the Lettings / Senior Lettings Consultant position include:
- Basic £20,000 - £25,000
- OTE £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with every other Saturday 9am - 5pm
- Parking at the office
- 12 month progression and training plan
Responsibilities of the Lettings / Senior Lettings Consultant position include:
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Liaising between landlords and tenants
- Providing up to date advice and information
- Property inspections
- Conducting viewings
- Booking appointments
- Negotiating lettings contracts
- Registering applicants
- Generating new business
- Valuing and listing new properties
- Building the market share
- Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
The skills required for this Lettings / Senior Lettings Consultant role will include:
- A high level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team, and independently
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Drive, hunger and ambition for success
- Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Well presented and professional
- Target driven with a 'can do’ attitude
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
