Salary: OTE £50k - £60k+

This is an opportunity for an Estate Agent who would like to work alongside a Premium Property brand with sensational marketing.
This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who has exceptional listing and instruction winning skills but who would like the flexibility of a remote self-employed working model and who would like to earn a bigger share of the commission they make.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience in Estate Agency and as the role is self-employed you must have the skills, ambition, and confidence to build your own business!
This is a self-employed agency role working for a premium brand, which boasts many opportunities for growth and an uncapped OTE.
The Company: Our client is established, privately owned, independent Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Sunningdale area.
Skills required for this Self-Employed Estate Agent role will include:
- Estate agency experience at senior level
- Specific knowledge of the local area
- Experience of working in the premium property market
- Entrepreneurial, go-getter
- Confidence in your ability to win instructions and do deals
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
