Our Client is recruiting an Food & Beverage Operations Manager for their luxury hotel near Ascot and Sunningdale. This is an opportunity for an Operations Manager or F&B Manager to further thier career in an outstanding luxury property.
Operations Manager - The Role
- Reporting to the F&B Director
- Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel management
- Involved in all aspects of Food and Beverage and service
- Budget setting and financial planning
- Ensuring service standards are maintained and improved
Operations Manager -The Person
- Already working as an Operations Manager
- Ideally have 5* hotel experience
- Excellent Wine & Food knowledge
- Financially aware and able to manage budgets
- Strong leader and coach
- An excellent communicator with colleagues and guests
Operations Manager - Salary & Benefits
