About the Job:

The organisation are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Finance Assistant with experience in managing the ledgers. This role involves preparing and processing fees, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Duties will include:

  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining fee account information and handling queries
  • Ensuring fees are paid within set deadlines
  • Preparing reconciliations
  • Managing fee deposits, refunds, and payment setups
  • Reconciling credit card transactions and preparing reports for meetings and audits

About the Successful Applicant:

  • Previous experience working in a finance team, ideally with knowledge of the accounts receivable side
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good working knowledge of accounts software
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
