Retail Project ManagerLocation: Surrey (Hybrid) with some national/international travelTalent Guardian is recruiting a skilled and motivated Project Manager for our client, a dynamic company working with high-profile brands and retailers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing agile team, delivering a range of retail-focused projects, including:
  • Retail fixtures
  • POS displays
  • Window displays and promotional activations
  • Strategic projects to enhance retail experiences
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management & Budgeting – Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Strategic Planning – Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retail offerings.
  • Visual Merchandising Management – Ensure that all retail displays and activations align with brand and merchandising standards.
  • Liaise directly with clients to define project scope, set objectives, and plan timelines.
  • Provide clear briefs and collaborate with internal teams or external suppliers to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee project implementation, ensuring all operational and administrative tasks are completed.
  • Monitor and track project progress, addressing any challenges proactively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and suppliers.
  • Deliver projects successfully while upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Follow internal processes to close projects effectively.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • POS experience in the retail or brand sector.
  • Good understanding of technical drawings, fabrication processes, and materials (wood, metal, plastics).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Adaptable and responsive to client deadlines and requests.
Location & Travel: This is a hybrid role based in Surrey, with the option to work from home.
