- Visual Merchandising Management – Ensure that all retail displays and activations align with brand and merchandising standards.
- Liaise directly with clients to define project scope, set objectives, and plan timelines.
- Provide clear briefs and collaborate with internal teams or external suppliers to meet client requirements.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring all operational and administrative tasks are completed.
- Monitor and track project progress, addressing any challenges proactively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and suppliers.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- POS experience in the retail or brand sector.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, fabrication processes, and materials (wood, metal, plastics).
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Adaptable and responsive to client deadlines and requests.
