A specialist school in Reading is looking for a 1:1 Mental Health Assistant to provide dedicated support to students who need guidance in managing their emotions, behaviour, and daily school life.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with children who have complex social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will play a key role in helping them develop confidence, self-regulation skills, and positive coping strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support for students struggling with mental health and emotional regulation.
