Are you passionate about supporting young people in overcoming challenges and reaching their full potential? A specialist provision in Ascot is looking for a dedicated Outreach Behaviour Specialist to provide tailored support to students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

This role involves working both within the school and through outreach support in local primary and secondary schools, helping students re-engage with education in a positive and structured way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide intervention support to students, both in school and within outreach settings.
  • Use restorative approaches to build strong, trusting relationships with young people.
  • Support students in managing their emotions and behaviour, promoting resilience and self-confidence.
  • Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external agencies to implement behaviour strategies.
