An excellent and dynamic independent prep school set in a magnificent campus in Berkshire are seeking a Learning Support Teacher from January 2025, initially for two terms covering maternity leave. Full time, but can be flexible with hours to a degree.

This independent school enjoys outstanding facilities including well-resourced classrooms, small class sizes, a sports hall, a swimming pool and numerous acres for children to have fun and enjoy. The main role of this position would involve supporting and teaching pupils from across the school year groups from KS1 up to KS3 who have specific learning difficulties. The successful candidate will teach pupils in one to one or group settings and will plan lessons and prepare resources according to the needs of pupils. An important part of the role will be working closely with class teachers to create teaching resources and thus the ability to work in a team and collaboratively is essential. You will be suitably qualified with a specialist qualification at Level 5 or above
