Job Description:
As an English Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5.
- Create engaging and innovative lesson plans tailored to student's needs.
- Monitor and support the academic and personal progress of each student.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum.
- Maintain an inclusive and positive learning environment.
This role goes beyond simply delivering lessons; it requires an individual who can truly connect with students and ignite their passion for English. You'll need to demonstrate creativity in teaching classic and contemporary texts, enabling students to critically evaluate literature and express themselves confidently. As an English Teacher, you will also play a role in mentoring students through their academic challenges and guiding them towards achieving exceptional exam results. Qualifications and Experience Required:
