Our client is looking for Waiting Staff to join their team.

What you'll do
Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
You will be responsible for the smooth service within our food and beverage outlets, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience
Youll also develop an excellent knowledge of all the food and beverage products within your assigned department, in order to communicate offerings to our guests
Youll also have the opportunity to assist with the running of private events as and when needed
To look after the still area of the kitchen, ensuring all products are kept clean and tidy and in good repair also during the daily service business
To maintain all equipment in the restaurant, I.e.: cutlery, coffee machines etc
Create a memorable experience for all guests by managing and anticipating guest expectations by providing personalised service
Set up and clearing of Food & Beverage areas and outlets to the standards required
Be knowledgeable of all the Food and Beverage products sold in the hotel and be able to communicate offerings to our guests
Responsible for delivery of high quality, consistent and timely Food & Beverage service
Communicate effectively to guests and team members
Operate point of sales system as required
Maximise sales through effective use of upselling techniques
Follow standards set by leadership

You will also receive service charge of £3.5k to £4k on top of annual salaries.
