On behalf of our client in Ashampstead, Newbury area, M4 Recruitment are looking to recruit a Despatch Operative Night Shift to start immediately.
As the Despatch Operator you will play a key role in the end-to-end process of a customer order. You will provide the interface between the ops team who have taken and inputted the order onto the ordering system, the production team who have produced the product and the drivers who will fulfil the order.
You will need to be proficient in product recognition as well as using the ordering system and fulfilment system.
As a Despatch Operative, it is expected of you to
- ensure, safety, compliance and accurate orders
- be customer focused
- create an atmosphere and environment where order accuracy is at the heart of production cycle
- highlight training requirements to Hiring Director
- Share expertise and role model passion for the products and customer service
The client is offering:

Essential requirements:
- Level 3 in food Manufacturing
- Rota planning
Desirable:
•            Experience of operating an end-to-end production process for wholesale food production.
- Including receiving and processing customer orders.
- Including an operational experience of a despatch operation.
This position will require the candidate to be available to work Sunday to Thursday from 8 pm to 6 am.
Pay £15.00 per hour.
