Breakfast Chef Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook all breakfast items to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen throughout service
- Manage morning prep to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast offering
- Support occasional lunch prep or service if required
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to uphold standards
- Always follow food hygiene and health & safety regulations
