You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to elevate the digital marketing strategy, improving web traffic, conversions, and online presence through channels like social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing. At the same time, you'll maintain the strength of traditional marketing methods, such as print, trade shows, exhibitions, and PR, to reinforce the Group's reputation as a leading UK manufacturer in the grounds care sector. The role also includes overseeing brand awareness initiatives, developing international marketing strategies, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, including sales and engineering. Additionally, you will manage the marketing budget, track performance, and report insights to senior management to ensure the success of all marketing initiatives.
