What We're Looking For
We need a proactive, hands-on Maintenance Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Qualifications: Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent certification (evidence required). Ideally, a BTEC or NVQ in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum three years' experience in an FMCG environment, ideally food manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong mix of mechanical and electrical maintenance expertise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preventative & Reactive Maintenance - Keep cutting-edge equipment running smoothly, including robotics, conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving - Quickly diagnose and fix faults while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Collaboration & Communication - Work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring clear communication across departments.
- Continuous Improvement - Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
